Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote and sell 1602 Craft Beer products to a diverse range of retail outlets, bars, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Manage sales reports and inventory levels for assigned accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Passion for the beverage industry, specifically craft beer and brewing culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
