Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking and market research
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma/degree in business/marketing preferred
- Proven sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client meetings
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages advantageous
