Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking
- Nurture long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Present company products/services effectively to potential customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel for client meetings
