Tanggung Jawab
- Organize and execute sales and promotional programs in the assigned area
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and sell company products/services to current and prospective customers
- Prepare sales reports, plans, and forecasts for management review
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of welding industry products is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle is preferred
