Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in Medan and surrounding areas
- Present company products/services to prospective customers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Fluently communicate in Hokkien to engage diverse clientele
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Fluency in Hokkien language (mandatory requirement)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in basic sales software and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for field visits
