Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell company concrete products and solutions to construction companies, contractors, and individual clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical information to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or related industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of concrete products and construction industry is an advantage
