Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic outlet visits and product demonstrations
- Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners in the Aceh region
- Conduct regular market assessments to identify new sales opportunities
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and maintain healthy cash flow
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize inventory distribution to outlets
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; degree in business/marketing preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail distribution
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic proficiency in sales reporting tools and MS Office
- Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement for outlet visits
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with local Aceh language advantage
