Tanggung Jawab
- Sell and promote Zoomlion's agricultural machinery portfolio to clients in assigned territories
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and client networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical consultations on machinery capabilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate customer databases
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop territory-specific sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably agricultural machinery or heavy equipment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness for local travel
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and machinery applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
