Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in agricultural sectors across Leyte and Eastern Visayas
- Promote and sell Zoomlion's agricultural machinery portfolio including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations at client farms and business locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic market penetration and client retention
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for regional management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience with preference for agricultural machinery or equipment industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices and machinery applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
