Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in agricultural sectors across Leyte and Eastern Visayas
  • Promote and sell Zoomlion's agricultural machinery portfolio including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations at client farms and business locations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic market penetration and client retention
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for regional management
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales strategies and promotional campaigns

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience with preference for agricultural machinery or equipment industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices and machinery applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
