Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients to highlight key benefits.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer complex client inquiries.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and lead generation efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Alabang area.
