Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive information and expert advice regarding our extensive range of automotive parts and current promotional offers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including invoicing and documentation.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly sales reports to management to track performance and forecast future inventory needs.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability for customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Identify new sales opportunities and upsell products to maximize revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with a focus on Marketing or related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or automotive sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in data recording and reporting.
- Willingness to work full-time and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
- Have a valid driver's license (SIM A) and a valid motorcycle driving permit.
