Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Present and pitch our products or services effectively to decision-makers.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies.
- Handle inbound inquiries and transition prospects through the sales funnel.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in BPO telemarketing or outbound sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules if required.
