Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily B2C sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Promote and sell passenger and commercial lubricants to a diverse range of retail customers and individual consumers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging customer trends in the Sandakan region.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery to clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, activity logs, and customer feedback to management.
- Represent the company at local trade events or promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in B2C sales or customer service is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license and reliable personal transportation are essential for visiting clients.
- Basic knowledge of automotive products or industrial lubricants is a strong advantage.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for sales tracking and reporting.
