Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retail clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct daily product presentations and tastings to highlight the quality and freshness of our bakery items.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify potential business opportunities and new market segments within the Johor region.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt communication.
- Handle product inquiries, feedback, and order processing with professional care.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field; fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or the food and beverage industry is highly advantageous.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for local travel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Strong negotiation skills and a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the retail environment.
