Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Bandung region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or retail environments.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) and a personal vehicle for fieldwork.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the local Bandung market is a significant advantage.
