Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan and execute daily sales visits to existing and potential retail outlets in the Banyumas area.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets assigned by the company.
  • Ensure optimal product display and availability (availability, visibility, and accessibility) in all assigned outlets.
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, stock levels, and collection processes.
  • Implement promotional programs effectively to boost product sell-out.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven working experience in Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Possess a valid SIM C driver's license and own a reliable personal motorcycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed performance targets.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively within the Banyumas territory.
  • Minimum education background of High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
