Tigaraksa Satria is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Batam. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales growth, expanding product distribution, and cultivating long-term relationships with our valued retail partners.
We are looking for a results-oriented individual who understands the fast-paced nature of the consumer goods industry. You will implement our proven Basic Call Procedures to ensure product availability and brand visibility across your assigned territory. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Batam area.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product distribution points.
- Conduct regular store visits and maintain optimal product stock levels at all assigned retail outlets.
- Implement and follow the company's Basic Call Procedure for every client interaction.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retail outlet owners and managers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Ensure all administrative sales reports are submitted accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Deep understanding of the Batam area geography and retail market.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales KPIs.
