Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product distribution across assigned retail outlets.
- Actively visit outlets to maintain inventory levels and ensure optimal product placement.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order taking, processing, and handling payment collections.
- Prepare accurate and timely daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the sales team.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and regional sales volume targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Field Marketing, or Merchandising, preferably in FMCG or Beauty Care.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office/Excel for sales reporting purposes.
- Strong understanding of the Madiun regional market and outlet demographics.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
