Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and management to develop effective sales strategies and scripts.
- Provide high-quality service that aligns with Teleperformance's global standards of excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both verbal and written).
- Minimum SPM certificate or Diploma in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in Malaysia.
