Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective product promotion
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Present product demonstrations and sales solutions to clients
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity logs
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Provide timely feedback on market trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years of sales experience in retail/consumer products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Valid SIM with own transportation (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Bogor/Depok/Tangerang/Bekasi areas
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Positive attitude with customer service orientation
