Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or BPO environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and computer applications
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends if needed
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City
