Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with existing and potential customers via phone, email, or chat to promote and sell company products/services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide accurate and professional information regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally and turn them into successful conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to optimize sales processes and strategies.
Kualifikasi
- High School graduate, Senior High School graduate, or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Proven experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service (BPO experience is a significant advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasive, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and web navigation.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
