Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by effectively communicating product value to potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end customer interactions with a focus on delivering exceptional service quality.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer inquiries and transaction outcomes in the CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Senior High School graduate; College undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a BPO, sales, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and office software.
