We specialize in premium breads and cakes, and we need a brand ambassador to help us reach more customers and expand our market presence.
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring our high-quality baked goods are showcased effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell a variety of breads and cakes to potential and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the company’s customer base.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling events to drive brand awareness.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team for timely deliveries.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Willingness to work in a field-based or retail environment.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
