Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for silica chemical products in assigned territories
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into profitable contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide product solutions to client needs
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in chemical sales or technical sales role
- Strong understanding of silica applications in industrial sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa
- Valid driver's license with willingness for frequent regional travel
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
