Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Kuching area
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate plastic packaging solutions from our comprehensive product range
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales activities and results
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or related industry
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or other Chinese dialects)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in basic computer applications and sales software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Kuching and surrounding areas
