Tanggung Jawab
- Sell Comfoods products to outlets located within the assigned sales route/area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to assess product availability and display
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity summaries
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities in your territory
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous sales experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of the Quezon Province market and retail landscape is advantageous
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry
