Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and grow existing customer portfolios.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for construction industry clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Provide technical support and product guidance to architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and building code regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver custom solutions for complex construction projects.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and relationship management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or chemical industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex chemical product applications.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
