Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and penetrate new market segments within the construction industry
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts and distributors
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence feedback
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client visits as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction or building materials
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of construction industry trends and procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
