Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distribution partners
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Present product demonstrations and promotional materials to key accounts
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales approaches accordingly
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail distribution
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with consumer accessories or FMCG products preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Indonesian and local dialects of Jawa Tengah
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools
