Baba Products is currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative Cum Relief Driver to join our dynamic team in Klang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our distribution network, ensuring that our products reach our valued clients efficiently while maintaining high standards of sales excellence.
You will play a dual role: managing regional sales activities and stepping in as a relief driver whenever the need arises. This position is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on variety, maintains a strong focus on road safety, and is passionate about growing our brand presence in the FMCG market. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales visits to existing and prospective clients within the Klang/Port Klang region.
- Act as a Relief Driver during the absence of regular logistics staff or when operational demands surge.
- Maintain 100% compliance with road traffic laws, company transport policies, and vehicle safety protocols.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive account management.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products when operating company vehicles.
- Maintain daily logs of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery status.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on company vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
- Provide professional feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Valid driver’s license (GDL license is mandatory for this role).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or transport/logistics operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual loading and unloading tasks when necessary.
- Proven track record of safe driving with a clean traffic violation history.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the Klang Valley route network is a significant advantage.
