- Develop and maintain client relationships within the customs brokerage and logistics sector
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Present company services effectively to potential clients and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight, or customs brokerage
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance processes (advantageous)
