Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
- Promote and sell manufacturing products/services to commercial and industrial clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations with potential clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in manufacturing or B2B environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Knowledge of Davao del Norte market preferred
