- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share in assigned General Trade channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including TCM retailers, minimart operators, and florists
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through effective selling and promotional activities
- Provide comprehensive sales reports and market feedback to senior management
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management
- Represent Fraser and Neave brand professionally at all client interactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG or beverage industry
- Deep understanding of Singapore's General Trade landscape (TCM, minimarts, florists)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with client-facing experience
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated achievement of sales targets
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective client communication
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
