As a Sales Representative at Omx Nutrition, you will act as the bridge between our brand and the medical community. Your expertise will help us expand our market reach while ensuring our trusted health products reach the right audience. You will engage directly with doctors, pharmacists, and clinic managers to demonstrate product benefits and secure new business opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic managers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management and business development.
- Promote and demonstrate Omx Nutrition’s range of trusted health supplements to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the region.
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to clients regarding usage and health benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation are essential for visiting clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness products is highly desirable.
