About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join us in the Tuas region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the effective distribution of our premium products to our network of distributors and retailers.
As a Sales Representative at F&N, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence in the West Region. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong drive for success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for the assigned territory in Tuas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distributors and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the market reach for F&N product portfolio.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries, and ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and provide product demonstrations.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, food & beverage, or retail industry.
- Valid Singapore driving license and own transport are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Result-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
