Reejust is currently seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from local UMKM and retail shops to professional Event Organizers and various corporate sectors.
As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for executing door-to-door canvassing, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting systematic canvassing and on-site visits to potential clients (shops, UMKM, and corporate offices).
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the fashion, event, and general business sectors.
- Presenting Reejust's value proposition effectively to decision-makers.
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurately reporting daily/weekly visit activity.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights to enhance sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or retail business development is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of discipline, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in the field.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and have access to a vehicle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a resilient attitude toward overcoming objections.
- Well-versed in local market dynamics within Jakarta.
