Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in your assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the food safety sector
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information about NCH's specialty food safety products
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop territory-specific sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in food safety, chemicals, or related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards is a plus
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
