Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective retail accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess stock levels, promote new product launches, and ensure high product visibility.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Execute promotional activities and in-store merchandising to maximize brand impact.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, retail, or a related field.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport are essential for territory coverage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is an advantage.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline; high school diploma holders with strong sales experience are also welcome.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
