As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Frabelle Foods in the field. You won't just be selling products; you will be managing a strategic territory, optimizing our Trade Marketing budget, and building lasting partnerships with key accounts and distributors. Your primary focus will be driving both Sell-In (ensuring our products are on the shelves) and Sell-Out (ensuring our products move into the hands of consumers) programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute strategic Sell-In and Sell-Out programs to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Efficiently manage and monitor the Trade Marketing budget to maximize ROI on all promotional activities and store activations.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders in Calabarzon and Mimaropa.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and adherence to pricing guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and periodic reports to the Sales Management team.
- Identify and negotiate opportunities for prime shelf space and additional secondary displays to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies, providing regular feedback to the marketing department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of Trade Marketing principles and sales execution strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Calabarzon and Mimaropa (Region IV-A and IV-B).
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a manual/automatic vehicle is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for sales reporting and analysis.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
