Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors in Jabodetabek
- Drive sales growth for FMCG product portfolio through strategic market penetration
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
- Implement promotional strategies and merchandising plans at retail points
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure optimal product availability and inventory management in assigned territories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships
- Deep understanding of Jabodetabek distribution channels and retail landscape
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
