Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the HORECA sector.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present and demonstrate food packaging products to potential and current clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or Packaging.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license is required for client visits.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
