Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the fragrance industry
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Chemarome Indonesia's fragrance products
- Present and promote fragrance products to clients, highlighting unique features and benefits
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fragrance industry
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
