Our competitive compensation package includes a monthly salary of Rp 3,000,000 – Rp 3,164,526 plus performance incentives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the fragrance industry
- Actively promote and sell Chemarome Indonesia's fragrance products to existing and potential customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand network and company visibility
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably with a background in sales or marketing
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales software
- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Probolinggo and surrounding areas
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
