Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the frozen food distribution chain
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective territory management
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor analysis
- Present product demonstrations and sales proposals to potential retail partners
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for frozen food products
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or food industry sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
