Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute direct sales and promotional strategies in assigned face-to-face locations within Kota Kinabalu.
  • Proactively approach potential customers to deliver compelling product presentations and close sales.
  • Drive high-volume customer acquisition to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products, services, and ongoing promotions.
  • Provide exceptional, professional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market feedback for the management team.
  • Represent the company brand with the highest integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and optimize promotional approaches.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply – comprehensive training will be provided.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail, particularly in FMCG or direct sales, is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling rejection.
  • Must possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
