Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute daily field visits to assigned retail outlets and potential accounts within the Kediri area.
- Promote and sell the full range of Olympic Group furniture products to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing retail partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, visit activities, and market feedback to management.
- Ensure that product displays in retail outlets meet brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and address concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field mobility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of self-discipline and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed performance KPIs.
- Familiarity with the Kediri region and surrounding areas is highly preferred.
