Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Expand distribution coverage by identifying and onboarding new General Trade (GT) outlets.
- Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with existing retail partners to ensure loyalty.
- Execute effective product merchandising and visibility strategies at the store level.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal product availability and rotation.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and oversee account receivables for assigned outlets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales performance reports to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karawang, Purwakarta, and Subang.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks.
