Join Delfi's dynamic sales team as a Sales Representative specializing in General Trade and Modern Trade channels. This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth by establishing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. You'll represent our diverse product portfolio to retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets, ensuring market penetration and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging negotiation skills to close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position offers a unique platform to develop your sales expertise within Malaysia's competitive FMCG sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in General Trade and Modern Trade segments
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market analysis and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners
- Present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales approaches
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast performance
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account receivables
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or retail sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Johor
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
