We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative (General Trade) to join Bangun Indopralon Sukses in the Pekalongan region. As a key player in the construction materials industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through General Trade (GT) channels. We are specifically seeking candidates who possess a strong database of local hardware stores and have deep knowledge of the Pekalongan and Batang areas.
Your role will involve managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our high-quality products reach the right local contractors and retailers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for building materials and construction supplies.
- Manage and grow relationships with General Trade (GT) customers, including hardware stores and contractors in Pekalongan and Batang.
- Utilize the existing customer database to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities effectively.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess local demand and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new product lines and regional promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in the construction materials or General Trade sector.
- Strong existing database of hardware stores and construction sites in Pekalongan and Batang.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
- Valid motorbike license (essential for area coverage).
- Fluent in Indonesian (spoken and written).
